The Higher Council: Concordia Immortalis stands as the pinnacle of power, with its members shaping the destiny of the two factions—Celestials and Infernals. This prestigious council will be formed through unique faction-based trials, ensuring only the most capable rise to lead their kind.

The Celestials favor order and unity, choosing their leaders through democratic means,

while the Infernals embrace chaos and might, selecting their champions through battle.

02/18 (Tues) – Official Announcement of the Higher Council: Concordia Immortalis
02/20 (Thurs) – Selection process method shared with YOHO
02/24 (Mon) – Selection process begins
02/28 (Fri) – Final announcement of elected representatives & role assignment

[ Council Structure ]

Each faction’s leadership will consist of five representatives, including one leader and four advisors.

[ Infernal Council ]

Chief Warlord (1) – The dominant force in Infernal leadership.
Warlords (4) – Strong and capable warriors who aid in decision-making.

[ Celestial Council ]

High Magistrate (1) – The ultimate decision-maker for the Celestials.
Magistrates (4) – Trusted advisors who assist and uphold the faction’s order.

[ The Selection Process ]

1️⃣ Each faction has the power to decide how their leaders will be chosen, reinforcing the fundamental values of their kind:

Celestials: A structured and strategic selection through voting.
Infernals: A trial by chaos—battle and raw power will determine their leaders.

2️⃣ Each Faction must present their selection method to YOHO by February 20.

This plan must outline how they will determine their Magistrate (Celestial) or Warlord (Infernal)
Indicate if assistance is needed from YOHO or Immortal Moderators (Immods).

You can do this via a professionally & well organized word document on google.

3️⃣ Once the process is approved, the selection begins on February 24.

4️⃣ By February 28, the final council members will be revealed to the community.

[ Requirements to Join the Council ]

Only the strongest and most dedicated members of the Immortal Rising 2 community can step into leadership roles.
To qualify, candidates must:

[ Magistrates & Warlords ]

✅ Have a character at Level 1,000+

✅ Be actively engaged in Discord, including participation in community events and AMAs

✅ Be fluent in English for effective communication and decision-making

[ High Magistrates & Chief Warlords ]

✅ All of the Above

✅ Gain confirmation from four remaining council members to solidify their position

✅ Dedicate a few hours weekly to faction-related discussions and leadership responsibilities

[ Council Responsibilities & Powers ]

[ Responsibilities ]

Attend and actively participate in all Discord AMAs.
Dedicate a sufficient amount of time to engage with the community on Discord.
Actively contribute to discussions related to faction decisions and strategies.
Members can suggest new community events.
Memebers of the Concordia Immortalis MAY NOT be able to participate in certain events.

[ Powers ]

Authority to moderate faction discussions and purge and punish disruptive behavior.
Direct participation in decision-making processes for Immortal Rising 2.
Priority status for providing feedback and suggestions regarding game development.
Official representation of their respective factions in key events and discussions.
Additional powers and responsibilities may be granted in future phases.

[ Council Term Duration & Succession ]

Each council term will last for six months (2 Chapters), ensuring leadership remains fresh and adaptive to the evolving needs of the community.
If a council member resigns or is removed from their position, their faction must appoint a replacement within two weeks to maintain balance and functionality within the Higher Council.
